The University of Missouri and MU Extension celebrated new opportunities for Missouri 4-H members, a newly renovated home for 4-H at the fairgrounds and plenty of Tiger pride during Mizzou Day at the Missouri State Fair.

Truman, the College of Veterinary Medicine’s Mule Team and other familiar Tigers also joined the festivities, making an appearance in the opening day parade.

Throughout the fair, visitors can experience Mizzou firsthand through cooking demonstrations, hands-on activities and the chance to meet experts in agriculture, health care, education, the arts and more at Mizzou Central.
