University of Missouri Campaign for Heart of Missouri United Way kicks off

Learn how our support improves lives right here in mid-Missouri.

For more than 75 years, University of Missouri System employees and MU faculty, staff and students have partnered with Heart of Missouri United Way to improve lives in our community. Last year, our United Way fundraising campaign raised more than $411,000. Ninety-nine cents of every dollar donated stayed in mid-Missouri to support health, financial stability, education and basic needs services that benefit our local community.

The 2022 fundraising campaign kicked off today, and MU employees who wish to contribute can do so by making a gift online. You can also support the United Way by pre-ordering a Mizzou Lives United T-shirt to wear on Live United Day, Nov. 17.
