The University of Missouri’s Transfer Center was recently named to the Phi Theta Kappa 2023 Transfer Honor Roll. Mizzou is currently home to more than 7,000 transfer students — roughly 25% of our student population.

The Transfer Center team supports student success from transfer to tassel. Staff members travel to recruiting events, assist transfer students with their enrollment process and provide engagement opportunities while helping students transition to living at Mizzou.

“I was relieved to find that there was a designated place I could go with questions or concerns, and people there who were willing and able to help me”, said transfer student Reagan Coffman. “The Transfer Center was good at connecting me with campus resources I didn’t even know existed,”

Phi Theta Kappa is the premier honor society recognizing the academic achievement of students at associate degree-granting colleges and helping them to grow as scholars and leaders. The Society is made up of more than 3.8 million members.
