University of Missouri Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor Latha Ramchand has named Chris Robert as interim dean of the Trulaske College of Business.
Robert is an associate professor in the Management Department and holds the Pinkney C. Walker Professorship in Teaching Excellence. He has been a faculty member in the Trulaske College of Business since 2000, and he recently served as associate dean for Graduate Studies and Research. He started his career at Mizzou in 1999 as a member of the faculty in Psychological Sciences. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and his graduate degrees from the University of Illinois.
Robert’s research focuses on humor at work, cross-cultural management and workplace conflict. He is a member of the Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
