The University of Missouri’s Museum of Anthropology is Missouri’s only anthropology museum, providing a unique resource for both students and the public. Now located on the lower level of Ellis Library, the museum showcases a wide range of artifacts from around the world including a vast archery collection. The museum aims to help visitors broaden their understanding of human behavior, past and present. To aid in its mission, the museum offers hands-on learning opportunities for students, engages the community with events, and strives to integrate modern items alongside traditional objects to bridge the gap between the past and the present.
