Four faculty and staff members recently received the MU Connect Champions Award, an annual honor that recognizes faculty, staff, teaching assistants and students who help improve teaching and student success at the University of Missouri. The recipients are:
- Elise Buchert, academic advisor for biological sciences and former student intern in the Transfer Center
- Chip Gubera, associate professional practice professor and director of IT undergraduate studies
- Lindsey Hagglund, senior academic advisor in the School of Health Professions
- Tristan Halper, senior student support specialist II in the College of Education and Human Development
- Laura Johnston, associate professor in the Missouri School of Journalism
- Lauren Pike, academic advisor in the Missouri School of Journalism
