Teresa Briedwell, associate department chair and teaching professor in the Department of Physical Therapy in the School of Health Professions, recently received the award for Outstanding Service in the Area of Education from the Missouri Physical Therapy Association (MPTA).
The award honors members of MPTA whose contributions in the areas of education, administration, research, practice and service to the profession and community service have been of exceptional value.
Briedwell was nominated by Dana Martin, director of clinical education and associate teaching professor in the School of Health Professions.
