Bill Stackman, vice chancellor for Student Affairs, recently sat down— virtually — with Andrea Kimura, Student Health and Well-Being’s health educator, to learn how meditation and yoga can help strengthen our mental health.
During the interview, Kimura shared information about free meditation and yoga classes that are available to all University of Missouri faculty, staff and students.
