Candace Kuby and Haojing Yan receive Chancellor’s Award for Outstanding Research and Creativity

The Office of the Provost recently announced the winners of the 2020 Chancellor’s Award for Outstanding Research and Creativity. The winners are:

  • Chancellor’s Award for Outstanding Research and Creativity in Behavioral and Social Sciences: Candance Kuby, department chair and associate professor of Learning, Teaching and Curriculum in the University of Missouri College of Education
  • Chancellor’s Award for Outstanding Research and Creativity in Physical and Mathematical Sciences: Haojing Yan, associate professor of astrophysics and general relativity in the Department of Physics and Astronomy in the College of Arts and Science

This award gives special recognition to MU faculty members who are still in the developmental phases of their careers, have made outstanding contributions in research and/or creative activity and have great promise for achieving wider recognition.
