
University of Missouri Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Angela King Taylor has appointed Amy Loyd as the senior director of student engagement and leadership for the Division of Student Affairs.
Loyd’s extensive background includes serving in various leadership capacities, most recently as associate director of the Department of Student Activities at Texas A&M University. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to enhancing the student experience and creating dynamic environments where students can thrive. She has excelled at fostering a sense of belonging and empowering students to become active, engaged leaders. Her work has included developing innovative programs that promote holistic development, as well as building strong relationships with students and campus partners.
“I am confident that Dr. Loyd's experience and passion for student engagement will be a tremendous asset to our division,” King Taylor said. “It will be a pleasure to see how she will further enrich the Mizzou experience for each and every Tiger.”
