Tips to ace finals and succeed at the finish line

You’ve got this, Tigers! Finals are coming Dec. 11-15. Here are five resources the University of Missouri offers to help you finish the semester strong.

1. Tutoring services

Tiger Tutors are available through Dec. 7 covering a variety of topics. Check the time for the class you are trying to attend and walk-in, the are no appointments needed.

2. Extended library hours

During the demanding finals week, Ellis Library will be open 24/7 to accommodate your study needs. Feel free to grab a cup of coffee on the ground floor before diving into your exam prep. If you need help with research projects, university librarians can provide guidance and support.

3. Study rooms

Need a space for a group project, or just want a quiet place to study with your friends? Study rooms are available throughout campus and are offered by University Libraries and Missouri Student Unions.

4. CARE team support

The end of the semester can bring increased stress and pressure. Mizzou’s CARE Team offers free one-on-one support for students navigating challenges. These can include issues related to daily functioning, mental health, or general well-being.

5. Student Health and Well-Being

Whether you need counseling services, wellness resources or a health care provider, Student Health and Well-Being is there to help. See all their resources at wellbeing.missouri.edu.
