Rebecca North

Rebecca North, an assistant professor in the University of Missouri School of Natural Resources, was recently named a 2021 Fellow of the Association for the Science of Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO). The program, which was founded in 2015, recognizes individuals for their contributions to ASLO and aquatic sciences.
North’s research focuses on the effects of multiple stressors on nutrient cycling, bioavailability, and primary production in Missouri water bodies with particular attention to the source and timing of nutrient loading and the response of the receiving water body.
