Nancy Monteer, director of Campus Dining Services, was recently named the recipient of Premier Food’s Illuminating Excellence—Education Award for 2022. The University of Missouri partners with Premier as a member of the group-purchasing organization.
“Winners of a food service award are recognized for supporting Premier members through exceptional food service operations, culinary talent, nutrition and outstanding program value and results,” said Debby Kasper, director, Clinical Nutrition and Wellness Program Development at Premier. “We’re honored to recognize Nancy Monteer of The University of Missouri’s Campus Dining Services as a recipient”.
