The University of Missouri’s Joint Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing (JOSCM) and University Advancement were recently honored with awards for outstanding work in marketing and communications during the past year. Among the top honors was the grand gold award in the Circle of Excellence Awards from the Council for Advancement and Support for Excellence (CASE) for the university’s May 2020 virtual celebration for graduates.
The annual CASE awards “honor institutions worldwide whose talented staff have advanced their organizations through their resourcefulness and ingenuity.”
MU also won gold Circle of Excellence awards for outdoor marketing for the Tigers Support Tigers sidewalk clings, for the “Meet the moment” video and for the feature story “Who was I in college” by Missouri School of Journalism alumnus Wright Thompson for the Mizzou Alumni Association’s MIZZOU magazine.
