MEDIA ADVISORY: Mizzou to celebrate new location for Tiger Pantry, Truman's Closet and STRIPES

WHAT:
University of Missouri officials will host a ribbon cutting and open house to celebrate the new location for Tiger Pantry, Truman’s Closet and STRIPES.

WHO:
Bill Stackman, vice chancellor for Student Affairs, and the Missouri Students Association (MSA).

WHEN:
Tuesday, Aug. 31

  • 2:30 p.m. - Ribbon cutting
  • 3-5 p.m. - Open house

WHERE:
Hitt Street parking structure, east entrance

NOTE REGARDING COVID-19:
MU has temporarily reinstated our indoor masking requirements for the start of the fall 2021 semester. All students, faculty, staff and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear a mask in classrooms, as well as meeting spaces where social distancing is not possible.
