Mark Johnson, Catherine Peterson, Karen Hayes and Elizabeth Warren

Four faculty and staff members recently received the MU Connect Champions Award, an annual honor that recognizes faculty, staff, teaching assistants and students who help improve teaching and student success at the University of Missouri. The recipients are:
- Mark Johnson, chief engineer at MU’s NPR-affiliate station, KBIA.
- Catherine Peterson, associate professor and director of undergraduate studies with the Department of Nutrition and Exercise Physiology.
- Karen Hayes, a course coordinator at the Center of Academic Success and Excellence.
- Elizabeth Warren, director of program and project operations at the Missouri School of Journalism.
