The Columns are calling, and it’s time to celebrate Homecoming at the University of Missouri.
This year’s theme, “Call of the Columns,” honors Mizzou’s rich history as the birthplace of homecoming, which started here with a call for alumni to come home for a football game in the fall of 1911. Today, Homecoming is a blend of decades-old traditions, such as decorating the downtown district and the parade, and service events including the nation’s largest blood drive.
