The No. 19 Mizzou gymnastics team put up a season-best score in a 197.750-196.650 defeat at the hands of No. 2 Florida Friday night at the Hearnes Center. The team tally gave the Tigers two scores of 196.625 or higher in a season for only the second time in the program's 37-year history, a feat also accomplished in 2004. The squad set or tied 12 career highs in the meet, including a score of 39.425 for freshman Morgan Porter. Mizzou next competes on Friday, Feb. 26, as the team travels to Alabama, to face No. 8 Auburn at 7 p.m. CT.
