MEDIA ADVISORY: MU to host “Purrassic Bark,” College of Veterinary Medicine’s open house

What:

The University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine will host its annual open house, Saturday, May 7. The theme this year is “Purrassic Bark." The student-run event will feature activities that celebrate and educate the public on the college’s mission. A full list of participating groups can be found here.

Who:

Nearly 40 groups will attend the event with various performances and activities, including the CVM Mule Team, Purina Incredible Dogs, Boone County Canine Unit, Stray Rescue of St. Louis, National Tiger Sanctuary, a petting zoo and teddy bear surgery clinic.

When:

9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Saturday, May 7

Purina Incredible Dogs perform at 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
