I really enjoy golf because it’s a challenge. My name is Haelena. I started golfing when I was about two years old and my dad took me out with him to the golf course. So, I’d hit a little drive and I’d go up and put. So, that’s what got me started. Every shot is different. When you play a sport like football or basketball, the floor is the same no matter where you go. But with golf, everything is different day-to-day—completely different. The wind could be blowing, it could be rainy, it could be sunny. You never know. And then another thing is you can always do better. You might shoot 70 one day and you think that’s really good but you can always go lower.
